What is the return policy for items purchased on our shop?

You can return all purchases up to 30 days from the date you receive them. Please keep in mind that if you’re returning a trainer or smart bike—a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, based on your region

Can I cancel my order?

We can’t cancel orders, but you can return an item after you’ve received it.

Do you accept backorders for items that are out of stock?

While we don’t accept backorders, we’re constantly updating our inventory. If you want to buy something that’s out of stock—we suggest you check back regularly.
